  • I reserve the right to decline any commission that I am uncomfortable with or that does not align with my artistic style or values.

  • All artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • I will not create artwork depicting illegal, hateful, or highly offensive content. If unsure, feel free to ask.

  • I retain the rights to display commissioned artwork on my portfolio, social media, or promotional materials.

  • If you prefer your commission to remain private, please notify me in advance.

Payments

  • Full payment is required upfront.

  • I accept payments through Ko-fi, PayPal, and VGen.

  • Clients are responsible for any conversion or transaction fees.

  • Prices are non-negotiable unless adjustments are discussed before finalizing the commission.

Deadlines and delivery

  • Delivery times vary depending on complexity and workload.

  • If you need your commission by a specific deadline, let me know in advance! A rush fee may apply depending on the timeframe.

  • The final artwork will be delivered as a high-resolution PNG/JPEG file unless stated otherwise.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only available if I am unable to complete the commission.

  • No refunds once the artwork has entered the rendering phase or is completed.

  • If you cancel during the sketch phase, a partial refund will be issued based on progress.

Usage

  • Commissions are strictly for personal use only.

  • Redistribution, resale, or use for commercial purposes (merch, ads, etc.) requires prior discussion and an additional fee.

  • You may not claim, alter significantly, or use my work for NFTs or AI training.

Communication

  • All communication will be done via your preferred platform.

  • Clients must provide clear references to help bring their vision to life.

  • I will send updates during key phases (sketch, line art, rendering) and notify of any delays.
